Who will support my campaign?

We currently employ over 100 Customer Support Agents. Our primary focus is on our staff and ensuring they have the tools and management support to deliver for our clients. We currently have one of the highest staff retention rates in the industry. We prioritise assigning suitably trained and experienced agents to each client account.  In addition, we manage all our client contracts in-house and we do not subcontract any work, ensuring we always deliver quality-based solutions for our clients
