Arema Connect manages the after-hours requirement for a key section of our corporate business in Ireland. This involves liaising with key customers and end users to provide a best in class service. The team in Arema Connect are extremely consistent in their approach and ensure that a constant flow of information is received each day to ensure an effective handover to our in-hours teams.
