Katherine Sutton – HR / Quality Manager

Katherine has been working with us since 2010. She started as Contact Centre agent and was promoted to the position of Contract Manager in 2014. She was responsible for delivering a Customer Relationship Management Charter for one of our largest accounts including training and recruiting over 60 agents, monitoring their quality and reporting to our client.

In 2017, she was promoted to her current role. She is in charge of supporting HR functions from hiring new staff to agent performance reviews. Katherine also manages the set-up & integration of our PBX Telephony Systems with our clients chosen CRM. She has experience working with a large variety of CRM systems including Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics and Zendesk.
