Arema Connect has just received it’s ISO 9001 certification for another year.
Our ISO Certification is an extremely important and indispensable piece to our business operation. It allows us to further structure all aspects of our business going forward.The ISO 9001:2015 covers the ‘Provision of Business Support Services, Market Research & Contact Centre Services‘
At Arema Connect we place a huge emphasis on providing a high quality service to our clients.This certification takes a holistic view of the company and ensures all of our processes are documented and audited, so that every member of our management team is acting in unison and is aware of the expectations as set out under the standard. Our Quality Management System ensures the standard of quality is met throughout our service delivery in each department (HR, Marketing, Finance). Internally, our employees are made aware of the importance of Quality through our policy and employee handbook.
A lot of hard work was required to achieve this certification and our Financial Director put in long hours to ensure that every element of our processes were documented. The next step is to go for the ISO 27001 which will be a little easier now as the groundwork has been done. Thanks to all the team – Pat Keogh MD
In 2019, our goal will be to receive 27001 certification. This certification is a specification for an information security management system (ISMS).
