Sarah Foley – Client Relationship Manager
Sarah Foley is our Client Relationship Manager. She holds a QQI Level 6 Certificate in Management Practice and Performance Management from Cork Institute of Technology (CIT). Sarah is also qualified in Lean Sigma (Yellow Belt) and applies a Lean approach to our daily operations.
Sarah communicates with our clients on a regular basis to ensure client expectations are met. She plays a key role in training our team on client procedures and processes.
Sarah joined the Arema Connect team in 2009 and has over 10 year’s experience working in the contact centre industry.
