Sockie Social Media Awards 2017

May 25th, 2017 – Arema Connect was chosen by our client, one of Irelands largest retail franchises, to represent our contact centre at the Sockie awards. We monitor this client’s social media 7 days a week as part of our Omni-channel customer service and it was a great honour to be invited to the event, which took place in the RDS Dublin. Our client won 4 awards on the night for social media and digital marketing.

Arema Connect / Call Management is nominated for the 2014 Contact Center Management Awards.


Cork Company of the Year

Arema Connect / Call Management was nominated for The Cork Company of the Year in November 2013. Our Contact Centre has its headquarters in the rebel city since 2001 and it is an active member of the local branch of the Chamber of Commerce.

ISO 9001:2015 Certification

Arema Connect / Call Management is delighted to announce that it has successfully renewed it’s ISO 9001:2008 certification. The reason that our ISO 9001: 2008 Accreditation has been renewed is that we have upheld a customer focused service that creates reliable customer service.
