Jackie Leahy – Quality and Lean Controller
Jackie joined the team in 2008 as a Customer Service Representative. In 2010, Jackie was promoted to a Key Account Manager.
In 2019, she was promoted to Quality Controller. Jackie ensures that a consistent high quality customer service is delivered with industry best practice.She monitors individual agent performance and evaluates quality of service delivery on a daily basis. Jackie reports her findings to Key Account Managers and Management Board to ensure there is a continuous improvement of Quality and Service.
