Highly Commended in the Contact Centre of the Year (Medium) category of the Customer Contact Management Association (CCMA) Awards 2022

We are delighted to have been Highly Commended in the Contact Centre of the Year (Medium) category of the Customer Contact Management Association Awards (CCMA) Awards 2022.  This award was for the mid-sized contact centre that had demonstrated the greatest all-around performance and improvement in the past 12 months.


ISO 14001:2015 Certification

Arema Connect are delighted to be certified with the ISO 14001:2015 for Environmental Management. This international  standard has enabled us to put procedures in place to help us protect and care for the environment. We intend to use ISO 14001:2015  to manage our environmental responsibilities in a systematic manner that contributes to the environmental pillar of sustainability.


Shortlisted in the Green Awards 2020 in the category of Green Meduim Sized Organisation of the Year

The Green Awards has recognised our efforts made to date to support the environment and fight climate change. Under the motto ‘Think Global, Act Local’, we have implemented a number of initiatives related to recycling, reusing and reducing waste, and educating our team on energy and water usage.


Customer Contact Management Association (CCMA) – Irish Customer Contact & Shared Services Awards 2019 

Our Client Development Manager, Katherine Sutton was highly commended in the Industry Professional of the year – Team Leader category. The nomination for this award by Arema Connect is a reflection of the work Katherine has been doing with one of our largest multinational clients.


IS0 27001:2013 Certification

Arema Connect was awarded the ISO 27001:2013 certification in October 2019. This certification demonstrates our commitment to security & ensures our systems are robust and audited to a high standard.

ISO 9001:2015 Certification

Arema Connect  is delighted to announce that we have successfully renewed it’s ISO 9001:2008 certification. The reason that our ISO 9001: 2008 Accreditation has been renewed is that we have upheld a customer focused service that creates reliable customer service.


PSYCHED – Workplace wellbeing accreditation

In May, Arema Connect was accredited for the second year in a row with a certificate of recognition for our ongoing commitment to creating and promoting Mental Health wellbeing in our workplace. We strive to provide our employees with a supportive working environment and a culture where positive mental health behaviours are encouraged.


Sockie Social Media Awards 2017

May 25th, 2017 – Arema Connect was chosen by our client, one of Irelands largest retail franchises, to represent our contact centre at the Sockie awards. We monitor this client’s social media 7 days a week as part of our Omni-channel customer service and it was a great honour to be invited to the event, which took place in the RDS Dublin. Our client won 4 awards on the night for social media and digital marketing.

Contact Centre Management Awards 2014

Arema Connect was nominated for the 2014 Contact Centre Management Awards.

Cork Company of the Year

Arema Connect was nominated for The Cork Company of the Year in November 2013. Our Contact Centre has its headquarters in the rebel city since 2001 and it is an active member of the local branch of the Chamber of Commerce.
