My name is Grace Joyce and I have been with Arema Connect for the past 2 and a half years.
What is your official role title?
Team Leader.
What does your day-to-day role entail?
Oversee day-to-day operations, Listening to team members’ feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts, delegating tasks and set deadlines.
What is something that Arema Connect does that differs from other companies in the same field?
Diversity and inclusiveness.
How would you describe the company culture at Arema Connect?

What are some of the essential skills for someone working with Arema Connect to have?
Interpersonal, adaptability and Communication skills.
What has been your most memorable moment while working with Arema Connect?
Attending the CCMA Awards where Arema Connect was highly commended in the Contact Centre of the Year (Medium) category.
What advice would you give to someone who would like a career like yours?
Don’t hesitate to take risks as you never know where they could lead you and have belief in your own abilities and skills.
What motivates you in the morning? Do you have to have a cup of coffee, listen to a podcast etc
