Answering inbound calls and assisting agents with any queries they may have

Communication & Teamwork.
What has been your most memorable moment while working with Arema Connect?
Travelling to Boise Idaho to visit a US client for training.
What challenges have you faced?
Initially, it was difficult to transition from an agent to a team leader role and find time to manage the added workload.
What advice would you give to someone who would like a career like yours?
Be able to work as part of a strong team but also on your own initiative.
What motivates you in the morning? Do you have to have a cup of coffee, listen to a podcast etc
