As always, we have had a busy quarter 4 here at Arema Connect, supporting our clients and their customers around the clock. Leading up to the festive season many of our clients experience a huge spike in transactions particularly pre and post Black Friday and Cyber Monday. For many clients, we scale up in personnel to effectively manage the surge in volumes as shoppers scurry to find the ‘perfect’ gift for their loved ones.
The busy Q4 period plays a significant role in the Christmas countdown for many of our team members. In fact, we look forward to the festive season so much that we begin to put up our many Christmas trees as early as September! Like most years Christmas has crept up just as fast this year. While many of our team are still working remotely there is still a magical atmosphere across the organisation.
Each year we choose a charity to partner with around the festive season as we feel it is vitally important to give back to those in need. This year we were delighted to collaborate with St.Vincent De Paws (SVDP). SVDP is a charity that collects food and other basic items for neglected dogs, cats and other animals. The charity is the first of its kind in Ireland. The organisation donates their collections to various animal rescues and by doing so frees them up to focus on other areas such as Veterinary bills. As always the whole team were extremely generous with their donations and we were thrilled to welcome Ollie and Susie from SVDP to our offices to present them with the donations.
We would like to wish our clients, team and suppliers a very happy and healthy Christmas. 2021 has been a challenging year for both individuals and businesses, and we hope that 2022 brings with it much light and happiness.
