The Arema Connect team are delighted to be recertified with the ISO 9001:2015, ISO 27001:2013 and ISO 14001:2015 for another 12 months. Throughout the year our Management team work hard to maintain and develop all three management systems. We believe that each of these certifications offers our various stakeholders reassurance in relation to the management of Quality, Information Security and Environmental practices across the organisation.

ISO 9001:2015 –  Arema Connect was first certified with the ISO 9001 in 2008. This certification has played a pivotal role in how quality is managed and enhanced across each of our processes. Our Lean and Quality Coordinator Jackie Leahy has greatly developed our Quality Management System (QMS) by implementing several quality monitoring processes in line with industry best practices. In 2021, Margaret Dennehy and Clodagh Myler were appointed as Quality Analysts across our Shared Services and Dedicated accounts, since joining our Quality Department they have continuously come up with new ways to increase both client and customer satisfaction.

ISO 27001:2013 – Our Information Security certification has allowed us to identify potential risks and put several controls in place to manage these effectively across both our systems and data management. Since obtaining the certification we have implemented several security policies including Information Communication Technology (ICT), Encryption and Data Protection which have formed part of our Annex A control to enhance security across the organisation. The Information Security Management System (ISMS) is continuously evolving year on year to ensure the policies and processes in place correspond to all legal, physical and technical controls involved in our information risk management.

ISO 14001:2015 – At Arema Connect we believe that it is extremely important to care for and protect the environment in which we operate. Our ISO 14001 supports us in being a more sustainable and environmentally friendly organisation. In 2020 we embarked on our ISO 14001 journey and since its introduction, we have seen huge improvements across energy usage, recycling and more sustainable behaviours across our team. One of our core ISO 14001 objectives is to educate our team on critical environmental issues such as pollution, waste disposal and global warming to help change behaviours in the workplace and in their everyday lives.

Across all three systems, we aim to seek out continuous improvement to enhance service delivery and performance on behalf of our clients. We place an emphasis on gathering feedback both internally and externally, and in turn, use this to streamline processes and procedures for greater efficiency.
