Last week, our Managing Director, Pat Keogh headed stateside to attend the IAOP Outsourcing World Summit 2.0 in Orlando, Florida. Pat was exhibiting at the OWS as a member of the Crios Group, a group of established Business Processing Outsourcing companies in Ireland, promoting Ireland as a destination for International Customer Experience and BPO delivery.

The OWS is a highly recognised event on the topic of outsourcing. Our Managing Director had some very interesting conversations with customers, advisors, and providers operating in the outsourcing industry. Over the three days of exhibiting, Pat and his fellow Crios Group members showcased how the Crios Group can open the door to North American companies looking to grow and expand across Europe.

The Crios Group attended a variety of workshops and events. The after-hours event in Seaworld was a great success, marking another event of connecting and learning. Surprisingly enough, a sloth seemed to be the main attraction at the event!

The event certainly proved to be a comprehensive learning environment and every conversation was an opportunity to glean fresh insights from industry leading practitioners and professionals.

“Exhibiting at the OWS was an excellent way of identifying trends and opportunities. At Arema Connect we continually strive to enhance our service offering and exceed our clients expectations. Every conversation is an opportunity to learn something new or to think of something from a different angle or a different way. As part of our expansion plans for 2020 we plan to expand our reach in North America and promote Ireland as a location for Customer Experience excellence. Thanks to everyone who stopped by our booth!” – Pat Keogh, Managing Director

We’re already counting down to OWS 2021!

About Rachel Caulfield – I have studied marketing for 4 years in Munster Technological University. As part of my undergraduate degree I was lucky enough to receive an internship in Arema Connect. I was given the opportunity to work as an intern in the marketing team to get a greater understanding of marketing in a business to business setting. This gave me an invaluable experience and I got to put the knowledge that I acquired from my degree into practice. From creating content on social media, to writing blogs, I am passionate about all things marketing. In November 2020 I graduated with a first class honours in my Bachelors degree of marketing. I am now pursuing a Masters in Food Business and Innovation to further develop my skill set.
