Last Saturday night our team attended the annual Customer Contact Management Association (CCMA) – Irish Customer Contact & Shared Services Awards in the Clayton Hotel, Burlington Road, Dublin. The CCMA Promotes collaboration, shared learning and best practice for customer contact and shared services organisations in Ireland. The awards ceremony was hosted by Oliver Callan and entertainment was provided by The Prickly Pears which made for a great night! The awards night presents a fantastic opportunity to network with clients, competitors and other industry professionals!
This year we were delighted to have been shortlisted in 3 out of 17 award categories, including:
- Outsource Partnership of the year,
- Industry Professional of the year – Team Leader,
- Shared Services Centre of the year.
Our Client Development Manager, Katherine Sutton was highly commended in the Industry Professional of the year – Team Leader category, which we are extremely proud of. Katherine has been a member of the team since 2010 and it was great to see her receive recognition alongside other industry professionals. The nomination for this award by Arema Connect is a reflection of the work Katherine has been doing with Balsam Brands, one of our multinational clients. Balsam Brands are one of the largest Artificial Tree eCommerce companies in the world. Over the past five years, this client account has expanded into new markets leading to increased volumes across all customer support channels which Katherine has effectively and efficiently managed.
