Drumroll… We’re pleased to have been shortlisted by the Customer Contact Management Association, in the Shared Services Centre of the Year!
We were delighted to be shortlisted for the Shared Services Centre of the year category which were held at the Clayton Hotel Dublin on 10th November 2018.
We are proud to have been shortlisted for this award. The CCMA plays a crucial role in Ireland, promoting and giving recognition to the contact centre management profession. They actively promote continuous development of contact centre professionals and the awards are an integral part of their strategy.

We are thrilled to be a finalist in this category, it is indication to the performance of an exceedingly motivated Shared Services Centre team, who are integral to delivering our business goals. It was a very enjoyable evening and it gave us the opportunity to catch up and network with our colleagues in the contact centre industry in a social setting.
