Arema Connect today announces the creation of a further 20 customer service positions to our operations. In addition to our recently announced creation of 40 jobs last August, which have been filled – we are again on a Customer Service recruitment drive. These roles continue to specialise in delivering high quality customer relations across the eCommerce marketplace.
Specifically we have Customer Service Positions for phone and email support. In addition we are recruiting a German speaker plus nighttime agents to support our Australian clients.
Arema Connect have a team of experienced customer service representatives serving many clients and industries. The addition of the new jobs is supplementary to their recently announced expansion, which has now stands at three office spaces and a workforce which exceeds over 120 employees by the end of Quarter 4 2018.
