“2017 has been a very strong year for us with one of our major e-commerce clients ramping up to a dedicated team for the Christmas season. Our management team were tasked with providing our client with 40 dedicated agents for an 8 week period. This involved 6 months of planning, promoting existing staff to team leader positions. We had to recruit additional staff and it made sense to open a second office in The Atrium Building that was specifically designed for this client.

It will be business as usual in our main office for existing clients, but we have also exiting news for them! We are opening a new office in the Heron House Building (also in Blackpool). The new office will complement and enhance the service we can offer to all our clients.
