Last Thursday (May 25th) Arema Connect was chosen by our client, one of Irelands largest retail franchises, to represent our contact centre at the Sockie awards. We monitor this client’s social media 7 days a week as part of our Omni-channel customer service and it was a great honour to be invited to the event, which took place in the RDS Dublin.
Our client won 4 awards on the night for social media and digital marketing. There was a great buzz on the night with small, medium and large businesses all coming together to celebrate their marketing campaigns and their customer service activities. Customer service through social media is at the forefront of every business today whether they are big or small. It is used more and more frequently to build brand affiliation and expressing your company’s core values.
