Where is the Irish Contact Centre leading to?
On the 25th of May, the Irish Customer Contact Management Association (CCMA) hosted its annual conference in Naas (Co. Kildare, Dublin). The event brought together the Irish contact centre community and provided an arena to discuss contact centre metrics, new and existing customer experience strategies and the latest sector opportunities.
Speakers included Eoghan McDermott (conference chairperson), Gerard O’Neill, (Amarach Research), Renate Kohlmann (Wayfair), Les Bayne (Accenture), Len Mason (Oracle), Clare Tibbitts (Plantronics), Fergal Coburn (AIB), and Cormac Murphy (Ennovate Consulting). Events like this provide the opportunity to network and showcase our experience within the sector by providing informed advice to colleagues and outsourcers alike.
Arema Connect has been a member of the CCMA for years. We were runner up in the “Best Small or Growing Contact or Shared Services Centre” award in 2014.
