Call Managements annual Halloween party happened this month. It is an annual occasion for our staff to relax, get to know each other better and have fun. As with every year we encourage our employees to bring their little ones to partake in festive games such as bobbing for apples.
It is part of our staff engagement strategy. Others include onsite training, feedback surveys, extracurricular activities and internal award ceremonies.
Our Call Centre belief is that happy employees mean happy customers. We believe this can be done by giving our workforce:

Get-togethers such as Halloween parties improve team building in a relaxed and harmonious environment. Teams of agents are therefore more cohesive but crucially it improves their flexibility to join new teams with confidence and effectiveness.
As a business you must have clear goals, targets, KPI’s and a strategic plan for the future but it must not be forgotten that it is essential to de-stress and have fun with friends as well as co-workers.
