September is coming to an end and with it comes with some exciting news.

Call Management are delighted to announce that we have applied for the “Best Small or Growing Contact or Shared Services Centre” award.

It is great to be a part of the CCMA (Contact Centre Management Association in Ireland) who are an industry leader when it comes to customer service standards and call centre promotion. These awards not only boost morale but give us a little reminder of the progress we’ve made over the last 12 months. It was certainly a great privilege when we were awarded the Excellence Through People Accreditation last year.
We at Call Management are target driven when it comes to great customer service. Our telephone answering service continues to be the backbone of our company with an increase of over 38% of inbound calls between 2012 and 2013.

Furthermore we are on target to increase our inbound call percentage by 53% this year.

We have seen an increase in our e-mail handling and live chat services and we strive to answer 99% of e-mails within one hour and 90% of live chats within 10 seconds.

Our aim in 2015 is the focus on our multi channel services and sustain our growth strategy and our pipeline is very positive for 2015 with numerous new developments
