Call Management have won 10 new contact centre contracts over the last two months. As a result we have added to our numbers with the addition of three fantastic new members to our agents team: Kieran Howlin, Lisa O’Sullivan and Adrian Murphy.

Kieran is the team leader of one of our new dedicated teams. He is responsible for monitoring and co-ordinating the team and also ensuring the service levels are achieved. His duties will include liaising with our client directly and delivering bespoke reports as per clients processes and procedures.
He graduated from Waterford IT in 2007 with a Degree or Diploma in “Exercise & Health Studies. He comes with a wealth of experience having worked in the contact centre sector for the last 4 years. He was recommended by a current client of ours as he is a motivated individual and has a background in the health sector.

Lisa is working as part of our shared services team. Lisa has worked in the contact centre industry for the past 3 years specialising in the Customer Relationship Management sector. We are delighted to have Lisa on board as she has experience in customer service, retention, program advisory and other internal projects that will add value to our organisation.

Adrian is currently in his third year of a degree course in The Cork Institute of Technology, Business Information Systems, CIT. Adrian started with us in April as part of a 4 month internship.
His primary role will be to analyse our existing processes and procedures and make suggestions to improve them. Adrian will concentrate mainly on our computer systems including our networks, hardware & software packages including our internal & external communications systems.
