On Thursday 13th of December we had our Call Management Awards Ceremony.

This was the first time we have held awards and we were delighted with the reaction and above all the nomination comments were so positive we will definitely be holding an awards night next year. We will expand the number of awards and put it into our diary as an annual event Silvia Planella, Marketing Co-Ordinator.

We had a great turnout and it was a very enjoyable night for everyone.

Most Helpful Colleague: Sarah Foley

No matter what Sarah is always willing to help, always has a smile, no job too big or small

Best Newcomer:  Liz Phelan

“Liz is fabulous and so conscientious only here a year and she fits in like she’s been here for many years”

Biggest Contributor: Silvia Planella

She is very dedicated, puts in long hours, she has brought a lot of positive suggestions/changes to the company

Biggest Joker: James Hegarty

James is so funny, always has a smile on his face and his cheery disposition is addictive.

Biggest Shopper: Charlene Burke

Charlene is in charge of one of our social media marketing sites and she understands all aspects of the site especially the buyer experience, fantastic at her job

Funniest Answer over the phone: Kieran O’Connell

He is very helpful and has gone out of his way to help people over the years, I know if there was a problem with any call he’ll take charge and sort it out

We also had a surprise award for Kay Sheehan, Our Longest Serving Staff Member.

Kay has been with Call Management for over 11 years and she has stuck with us through all our tribulations over the years. Kay is heading up a major division of our company and her insight and advice over the years has been invaluable. Quote Pat Keogh MD  (The best part was, she was completely shocked as it was the last award and she had absolutely no idea)

Best e-mail and telephone answering performance:

It was really difficult to choose the best e-mail and telephone answering performance. For this reason a collective award was awarded to Call Management team as recognition to all our agents Sean Hickey, Operations Manager
