Call Management has become a member of the Cork Chamber of Commerce. Cork Chamber is the leading business organisation in the region committed to supporting business in Cork, representing over 1,000 member businesses in Cork who employ over 95,000 business people.
According to Sean Hickey, Call Management Operations Manager, “Becoming a member of the Cork Chamber of Commerce is just a logical step for our internal and external development. Cork Chamber membership allows us to increase our training program offered to our agents”.
Training is a key element for our company and it is reflected in our daily activities. Sarah Foley (Staff Trainer) has enrolled in the Train the Trainer course starting in October, Sarah will be the first of many as the courses are Fetac approved.
