Call Management believes that we have a responsibility to care for and protect the environment in which we operate. As part of our efforts we review yearly our environmental policy. Call Management agents and managing team are involve in this process and provide suggestions on relation to our 4 main impact areas:

  • Energy use
  • Waste generation
  • Transport
  • Water usage

During our 2012 Environmental policy review, Roz Norman, Call Management agent since 2011 and graduated this year in a BSC in International Development and Food Policy, suggested including in our premises a compost bin.

Some of the benefits to composting are:

  • Reducing waste going to landfill
  • Improves the structure of soil
  • Helps stabilise the soil pH
  • Improves the organic matter in the soil
  • Alternative to chemical fertilisers
  • Adds Nutritients and Micro Nutrients to the soil to boost plant growth & yield
