Arema Connect has unveiled its new website, part of the re-branding of its parent company, Key Answering Services Group. Arema Connect will be the UK brand for the group, while the group’s Ireland subsidiary will continue under the brand Call Management Ireland.
Arema Connect provides innovative contact management services including email handling, social media contact management and live chat in addition to standard telephone answering services. In the UK the company provides services to leading online retailers and financial services firms as well as organizations in the public sector, automotive industry and hotel and leisure sector.
