How do I get started?
Please ring Pat for a quotation, contact us by e-mail to info@aremaconnect.com or through our website form. We will be more than happy to give you a run through on how our system can work for you.

How long does it take to get set up?
This depends on which service you require and how quickly you can provide us with a procedure. It can be done same day or if on- site training is required a bit longer. You decide as each service is unique.

How do you know to answer with my Company Name?
We supply you with a dedicated direct dial number (ddi number) and we program it to answer in your company name on our phone system

Can I use my existing number?
100% Yes.  You can divert your existing landline and/or mobile to act as your dedicated number in our contact centre.

How do I get my messages?
1. Text Message / SMS Message
2. Automatic E-mail
3. Voice transfer

Will my customers know that they are through to an Answering Service?
Your clients will not be able to tell, as all calls will be answered in your company name, we will have an extensive procedure for you stating who the staff are, job titles, brief description of your company/products and also directions to your premises. You will be assigned an Account Manager that will work closely with you over the first couple of days to ensure that all eventualities are in your company procedure.

We have achieved certification to ISO 9001:2008 for Contact Centres awarded in October 2010

We are registered with the Data Commissioner in compliance with the Data protection acts of 1988 and 2003 all our data is backed up remotely with multiple phone and internet suppliers in the event of a failure.

And of course we also have a contingency plan in case we have a fire etc.
