Arema Connect participation in the National Jobs Week 2017

On the 28th of September, the Department of Employment Affairs and Social Protection co-hosted the Job Fair with the CCMA (Customer Contact Managers Association). This Recruitment Day was specifically tailored towards the customer service industry.
Arema Connect is actively recruiting for one of our bigger clients. On the day, Katherine Sutton (Key Account Manager) and Caroline Nélou (HR intern) met candidates and supported Sean Hickey (Operations Manager) and Pat Keogh (Managing Director) with the recruitment process.
“These Recruitment Days are a good way of advertising job vacancies for our company and offering unique opportunities to potential candidates. It also gives us and potential applicants the change to meet face to face in a more informal setting. Thus, in preparation for the 4th quarter of this year, we are looking for over 40 candidates to join our dedicated e-commerce customer service team” – Sean Hickey Human Resources.
