This is an exciting time for us, as one of our long term International clients is planning a major growth strategy in the 4th quarter of 2017. Arema Connect has been awarded the contract to support their EMEA customer base focusing specifically on the UK, Irish, German, French and Australian markets.

We are looking for suitable candidates to join our team in the following areas:-

  • Frontline Support Team: We require English, French & German speaking agents who will provide First Call Resolution support. All our team will be provided with an extensive training program which will include product knowledge, customer expectations, extensive training on Salesforce and related CRM systems.
  • Administration Support Team: Primary tasks will include supporting customers with product warranty queries, refunds, liaising with logistics partners and dispatching replacement orders.
