Arema Connect employees’ night out

Last Friday our team enjoyed an amazing night out. Our business can be very seasonal and one of our main clients have a major surge in activity during July, August & and beginning of September. It was an ideal opportunity to reward the team before our next major push which will be the Christmas market. One of our largest clients is looking for 50 dedicated customer support agents for 12 weeks so it was a good time for our existing team to meet up and chat outside of the office environment.

Night out and team building activities provide a great opportunity for our employees to socialize and create stronger ties. Additionally, it provides a suitable environment to meet our new employees and interns. We are actively recruiting for the Christmas campaign and new agents / team leaders are joining our ranks on a weekly basis.
