It is a testament to our blended customer service representatives and our bespoke services that we work with companies in several different sectors. Before any campaign begins comprehensive training is carried out and the policies of the new company are taken on board. This makes the change seamless, for our clients, this is the most important factor. Call centres continue to be a vital cog in the customer service wheel. The industry continues to grow as new companies look for immediate customer service solutions and our existing clients expand into new markets. This trend shows no signs of slowing down as a number of new companies that has become our clients this year.
Our new client develops online cardiovascular disease management systems. Arema Connect will be dealing with healthcare professionals and using their patient management interface.
Our second new client offers Pre-Sales and Post-Sales, Marketing and Demand Generation, and Engineering and Technical Resources. Arema Connect will be taking messages and escalating to on-call engineers in case of emergencies.
