We are delighted to announce that we have taken on the customer support duties and tier 1 technical support service for one of Ireland’s most innovative home entertainment companies.
This new client allows customers to use internet media through applications. It is a unique service that saves customers money on their TV bills and offers a service which allows customers to choose what they want to watch and when. Our new client fits perfectly into the new world of home entertainment where continual advancement in technology and internet speeds mean a personalised service is demanded compared to the more common “package deal” type.
The home entertainment industry is massively competitive and we aim to complement their state-of-the-art product with the bespoke customer service it requires. For this reason we highlighted product knowledge as the key aspect of the service. Our IT team also focuses on first call resolutions where possible through patience and experienced customer support.
Arema Connects dedicated team answer queries about:
- Setting up
- Connectivity issues
- Loading issues
- Changing dates and times on the system
- Price queries
- Warranty queries
We talk the customer through the steps involved in fixing there problem, if the issue needs to be escalated then detailed notes are taken and passed to the relevant team in the company.
This new contract adds to our growing IT client base. Retail in the technology sector is obviously a growth area worldwide and we are looking to expand our IT team and IT client base further.
