Arema Connect launch its Property Management Contact Centre Services in London

We are pleased to announce that we have won a major contract with a high end short term let apartment Management Company based in London. Arema Connect has been working with UK clients since 2010 with the support of Enterprise Ireland. Our 24 by 7 international team support multiple clients in United Kingdom and now is launching its Property Management Services in London.

 

The contract started on the 1st of May after an extensive training program for our call centre agents. Our training manager (Sarah Foley) and Property Management Key Account Manager (Katherine Sutton) have spent three days in London learning our clients’ system, their culture and modus operandi (‘Train the trainer’).

Sarah Foley and Katherine Sutton have trained the 24 by 7 property management team using online and offline resources.
We will be providing Multichannel Customer Support including inbound telephone calls, e-mail handling and web chat.

 

The nature of the work will include receptionist duties, call transfers to their 6 regional offices,  booking & reservation functions, and after hours residential emergency support.
