Arema Connect has been awarded two contracts from the public sector in March 2015. This good news really puts the cherry on an excellent first quarter of 2015. Arema Connect has so far won eight new contracts from the leisure and retail sector.

Arema Connect is ISO accredited and provides multichannel customer support from our international call centre. Arema Connect operates 24 by 7 on a 365 day basis. Our experienced team supports Irish, British and American companies with frontline support for their customers. The service includes information line queries, sales, product knowledge and first call resolution support.
These new contracts have allowed us to increase our workforce by 15% and we are delighted to announce that additional members will be added to our telephone answering team in the second and third quarters of 2015.
Furthermore, Arema Connect is in negotiation with a major multinational company that could result in 2015 being our best year for growth in our 14 year history.
