And the Winner is …

It’s that time of year again when we will be staging our internal call centre awards ceremony. Earlier in December a leaflet was sent out to everyone in the office. On this leaflet they could vote for the “Happy Camper” of the office (the person who is always smiling and in good spirits), the “Most Helpful”, “Biggest Contributor to the Office” and more. It is treated as fun and the results are always taken in good spirits. The occasion celebrates the individuality of people in our office. The awards recognise the efforts of employees who go above and beyond the norm to help people and it should not go unnoticed that having a “happy camper” in the office to pick you up after a stressful call is a great person to have.
