Big News! Call Management renews its Quality Accreditation

Call Management is delighted to announce that it has successfully renewed its ISO 9001:2008 certification this month.
This award certifies our quality in the provision of Business Support Services, Market Research Services, and Contact Centre Services.

To retain this certification we had to demonstrate that we are maintaining standards within the company in areas such as Quality Policy and Quality Management System Planning since the last review.
The reason that our ISO 9001: 2008 Accreditation has been renewed is that we have upheld a customer focused service that creates reliable customer service.
From our Managing Director Pat Keogh to our Customer Support agents we have always kept great lines of communication which has helped build great bonds within the company. This great working environment has made it very easy to continue providing excellent customer support with a smile.
