Two new job created in our Cork Call Centre

Summer months are the busiest in our Cork Call Centre. The summer months are peak times for many of our largest clients. The number of contracts starts to increase with the good weather and the holidays. In order to keep our high service level, we have been actively recruiting for a number of vacancies. We are delighted to introduce our two new employees: Lluis and Vanessa.

 

Lluis will be helping Call Management to target international markets and support our Spanish requirements. His skills include database management, sales and customer support.

Vanessa is a great addition to our Healthcare team. She is supporting callers through registration process and appointment setting.
