Call Management/Arema Connect based in Blackpool Cork, 24 x 7 Contact Centre are currently looking for Full-Time Customer Service Representatives to work in a busy environment:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pro-actively deal with inbound/outbound calls
  • Achieve all personal targets and objectives set out by the Company
  • Deliver a high level of service to our expanding Client base

Key Attributes Required:

  • Excellent telephone manner/typing skills
  • Have a positive can-do attitude
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Flexibility to work in a changing inbound and outbound environment

Good computer skills are essential!
