Contact centre employees’ night out

Arema Connect are delighted to announce that they have organised the next team night out!

“Our team have been working tirelessly and have had to cope with a 10% increase of inbound calls since January so we felt that they deserved a small reward. On the other hand, we want to welcome our new employees and what better way to do it than with a staff night out” – Said Sean Hickey, Arema Connect Human Resource Manager.

The Arema Connect team has increased it’s team by 8 new members since April 2013. We have taken on these new employees due to the increase of new clients including outbound and inbound projects.

The staff night out is a good opportunity to reward our team and welcome to our new employees. Photos from our night out next week.
