Key Answering System Ltd (t/a Call Management) have been awarded the Excellence Through People Certification 1000:2012 from the NSAI.
Arema Connect joined the likes of the international telecommunications
company Vodafone, Electric Ireland, Simon Community and the
state’s Forensic Science Laboratory in achieving certified levels of excellence
under a range of headings. Call Management received proudly in 2010
the ISO 9001 certification and now it is complimented with the “Excellence
through People” award.
