Pat Keogh and Nuala Meaney, Call Management’s Managing Director and Financial Director, attended the London 2012 Call Centre & Customer Management Expo in September 2012.

The main reason we attended was to keep up to date on new technologies and to speak to suppliers about call logging packages and CRM integration. We have just launched a sister company Arema Connect primarily focusing on the UK market so it was important as part of our feasibility study to attend. Arema Connect will be under the wing of Call Management during the first few years. Hence, Call Management team presence in Call Centre & Customer Management Expo provided to its team a better understanding of the United Kingdom call centre dynamics and industry players.
